We want you to shop with confidence. If something is not right, we are here to help, within clear and fair guidelines.
Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
• Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our customer support.
• Once an order has been picked, packed, or handed to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled.
After Shipment
• Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
• In this case, our return policy applies.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• Return request made within 14 days of delivery
• Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• All accessories and original materials are included
• Proof of purchase is provided
For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened beauty tools cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Used or opened makeup brushes or tools
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Clearance or promotional items marked “Final Sale”
• Gift cards or digital products
This policy protects customer health and product integrity.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
• A damaged item
• An incorrect item
• A missing item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of:
• The product
• The packaging
• The shipping label
We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Return Process
1. Contact customer support to request a return authorization
2. Receive return instructions (returns without authorization are not accepted)
3. Ship the item back as instructed
4. Item is inspected upon arrival
5. Refund or replacement is processed if approved
Returns sent without approval may be refused.
Return Shipping Costs
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error
• Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Refund Processing
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection
• Bank or payment provider delays may apply
Refunds are issued for the product value only, excluding shipping and handling fees.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item:
• Please return the eligible item
• Place a new order separately
Cancellation & Return Abuse
We reserve the right to:
• Refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions
• Limit or reject requests from accounts with repeated return abuse
• Act where fraudulent activity is suspected
International Orders (Including USA)
• International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes
• BS Mall Canada is not responsible for delays caused by customs
• International return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Compliance with Canadian Consumer Laws
This policy complies with applicable Canadian consumer protection regulations. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Canadian law.
