Approved agents and resellers purchase products at partner pricing and resell under their own business operations, in accordance with BS Mall Canada brand and pricing policies.
Our program is designed for:

Pricing Levels
1. Direct-to-Consumer (D2C)
Official retail pricing available on our online store.
2. Agent / Reseller Pricing
• 15-25% discount from D2C prices (With BS MALL CANADA Packaging and Branding)
• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 100 pieces per SKU
• Purchase-based (no commission)
• Suitable for professional resale and offline distribution
3. Regional Distributor Pricing
• Available for high-volume partners
• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 5,000 pieces per SKU
• Pricing and territory subject to approval and agreement
• Regional distributor can have exclusivity for a territory if they invoice for Storage
• BS MALL Can provide Storage facility to distributor (At service charge from warehouse)

• Personal Sets
• Professional brush sets
• Facial and Skincare Brush Devices and Tools
• Brush Cleaning items
• Makeup Accessories
• Custom and bulk sets for salons, schools, and institutions
Canada Edition personal sets are primarily reserved for direct-to-consumer sales and require separate authorization.

Payment and Delivery:
Orders at minimum 100pc per SKU should be paid 50% advance and balance at delivery, by bank transfer inside Canada, Tax will be added on top of total invoice. Delivery will be 20-30days after full payment. Delivery is at our warehouse in Toronto. Local transportation will be arranged and paid by buyer. We can add cost of domestic delivery as per request.

Sales & Brand Requirements
Approved partners must:
• Respect minimum END USER pricing policies
• Use official BS Mall Canada Edition
• Sell through approved sales channels only
• Comply with local consumer and cosmetic regulations
• Avoid misleading, medical, or unapproved claims
Failure to comply may result in termination of partnership.

Who Can Apply
We accept applications from legally registered businesses with:
• Valid business registration
• Professional resale capability
• Invoicing and fulfilment capacity
• Clear sales channels (online or offline)
Individuals without business registration are not eligible.
