Co-Brand Partnership Program

BS Mall Canada

BS Mall Global collaborates with select beauty product manufacturers to introduce high-quality makeup and beauty products to the Canadian market through a curated, brand-controlled platform.

Makeup brushes and makeup tools are excluded from co-branding. These categories are exclusively designed, produced, and owned by BS Mall.
Our focus is elegant design, premium quality, and Canadian lifestyle alignment. Not volume dumping. Not trend chasing.

Two Co-Brand Cooperation Models
Co-Brand partners may choose one of the following models based on their commercial strategy and level of market commitment.

Option 1: Co-Brand D2C Partnership (Inventory-Backed)

For brands seeking long-term consumer presence in Canada
In this model, the Co-Brand partner invests in inventory storage in Canada and gains access to BS Mall’s direct-to-consumer (D2C) and offline sales ecosystem.
Partner Responsibilities
The Co-Brand partner must invest in:
• Initial product setup and onboarding cost
• Product page design and content development
• Minimum inventory stored in Canada
• Warehousing and storage fees
• Product insurance coverage
• Third-party operational costs (if applicable)
BS Mall does not carry inventory risk for co-brand products.

Pricing Requirement
• Co-Brand supply price must not exceed 40% of the competitive retail market price
• Pricing must support:
o Sustainable D2C margins
o Authorized agent and distributor margins
o Long-term market positioning
Brands unable to meet this pricing structure are not eligible.

Sales Channels Included
Approved products may be sold through:
• BS Mall Canada Online Store (D2C)
• Authorized agents and resellers
• Offline retail, professional, and institutional channels
No minimum sales volume is guaranteed.

Option 2: Co-Brand B2B / Quantity Sales Only (No Storage)

For manufacturers focused on bulk, institutional, or wholesale orders
Brands that do not wish to invest in Canadian storage may use BS Mall as a B2B sales platform only.
Key Characteristics
• No D2C sales
• No inventory stored by BS Mall

o Quantity basis
o Pre-order or contract basis
• Production and delivery timelines agreed per order

• BS Mall manages:
o Buyer access

Design, Quality & Brand Standards (Non-Negotiable)

Regardless of the chosen model, all Co-Brand partners must meet BS Mall’s standards:
• Elegant, minimal, and premium design
• Alignment with Canadian taste and lifestyle
• High material and formulation quality
• Ethical, safe, and compliant production
• Clear differentiation from mass-market products
Products that do not meet aesthetic or quality expectations will not be onboarded, even if pricing is acceptable.

All products must:
• Comply with Health Canada regulations
