Program Overview
As a Dropshipping Partner, you:
• Market BS Mall products through your own online channels
• Receive a 15% discount from official D2C pricing
• Forward confirmed customer orders to BS Mall
• Let us ship directly to your customer from our Canadian warehouse
No inventory investment. No cross-border shipping. No customs risk.

Commercial Terms
• Partner Purchase Price: 15% off D2C retail price
• Sales Model: Purchase-based (not commission)
• Shipping: Fulfilled within Canada by BS Mall
• Delivery: Direct-to-customer under neutral or approved branding
Dropshipping partners set their own retail pricing but must respect BS Mall’s minimum advertised price policy.

Eligible Products
• Selected personal and travel makeup tools
• Approved brush sets
• Campaign and promotional items (when available)
Professional sets, custom orders, and wholesale quantities are excluded.

Order & Fulfillment Process
1. Partner receives customer order and payment
2. Partner submits order to BS Mall
3. Partner pays BS Mall at partner price
4. BS Mall picks, packs, and ships to the customer
5. Tracking details are provided
Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

Partner Responsibilities
Dropshipping partners must:
• Operate a legitimate online store or sales channel
• Provide accurate customer information
• Handle customer communication and support
• Manage returns and customer inquiries in coordination with BS Mall
• Comply with Canadian consumer protection laws

What Is Not Allowed
To protect brand integrity, partners must not:
• Sell through unauthorized marketplaces
• Use misleading or unapproved claims
• Alter product packaging or branding
• Claim to be the brand owner or official distributor
• Undercut pricing or engage in price wars
Violations may result in immediate termination.






Returns & Customer Service
• Return eligibility follows BS Mall return policy
• Returned items are processed through BS Mall
• Refunds and customer communication are handled by the partner
• Restocking fees may apply where applicable

Branding & Marketing Guidelines
• Use only approved product images and descriptions
• Paid advertising using BS Mall trademarks requires approval
• Content must align with BS Mall values:
o Skin-safe
o Ethical materials
o Elegant, minimal design
o Canadian consumer standards
