Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)
To qualify, influencers must meet all of the following:

• Organic, real, and active audience
• Public profile with consistent engagement
• Ability to generate minimum 1,000 verified leads per post
• Content aligned with beauty, lifestyle, or makeup
Accounts with purchased followers, fake engagement, or inactive audiences are automatically rejected.

Performance Requirement
To receive payment:
• Post must remain live for minimum 30 days
• Minimum 1,000 verified leads must be generated
• Engagement must reflect organic activity
• Metrics must be trackable and verifiable
Leads are tracked via:
• Unique links
• Campaign codes
• Platform analytics
• Internal tracking systems
Failure to meet performance requirements results in no payment.

Content Guidelines
Influencer content must:
• Clearly feature BS Mall products
• Be original and creator-produced
• Avoid misleading, medical, or exaggerated claims
• Match BS Mall’s brand values:
o Elegant
o Minimal
o Skin-safe
o Canadian lifestyle aligned
All content is subject to review and approval before posting.






What Is Not Allowed
Influencers must not:
• Buy likes, views, or followers
• Use bots or engagement pods
• Misrepresent product benefits
• Claim exclusive or official employment status
• Resell products received
Violation results in termination and non-payment.

Payment Terms
• Payment amount: CAD 300 per approved post
• Payment released after performance verification
• Payment method: Bank transfer or approved method
• Influencers are responsible for taxes
